The internet can be a rabbit hole, as we all know.
Singer Adam Lambert recorded much of his album ‘Ghost Town’ in Sweden.
He was spotted in a LCHFklubben store, in Stockholm LCHFKlubben and this got his fans (Glamberts), speculating whether he had gone low carb.
LCHFklubben was the brainchild of Polish-born Swede, Katrin Zytomierska, who lost 80lbs on a LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) diet. She wrote a book, ‘Time To Get Skinny’, opened an online shop, then a shop in Stockholm.
Now, her KZ Clean Eating low carb products are available to customers in USA and Canada via KZ Clean Eating and Amazon. as well as in stores across the two countries.
Caulimash is one of her recipes on the website Caulimash
We have tweaked it, to use Boursin instead of cream cheese, and have included broccoli as well. Although it’s not shown on the website, we have found Morrisons organic cauliflower and broccoli florets, in a pack, in some stores.
Rabbit holes huh ?
