September posts are lagging behind schedule because certificate courses have been taken.

The certificate on top is a Certificate of Achievement (97%) from FutureLearn, accredited by EIT Food and University of Reading, in association with University of Aarhus – ‘Understanding Food Labels’.

Soon to be printed will be a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health certificate – Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (90%) and another FutureLearn Certificate of Achievement (93%) accredited by University of Aberdeen – Nutrition and Wellbeing.

The long term plan is to take nutrition short courses plus AHDB (Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board) education modules, to update my knowledge prior to getting onto a longer online nutrition course.

Practical cooking skills already taken care of with a City & Guilds of the London Institute certificate.

UPDATE 01/10/21 Just passed Knowledge Door Professional Keto Nutritionist course, certified by IPHM (Institute of Practioners in Holistic Medicine).

UPDATE 25/01/21 Have added Stanford Univerity Introduction to Food and Health.

UPDATE 16/11/21 Passed Food Standards Agency Food Allergy and Intolerance Training

UPDATE 17/11/21 Passed EIT Food and European Institute of Innovation and Technology Nutrition for Health and Sustainability

UPDATE 18/11/21 Undertaking NCFE CACHE Level 2 Understanding Nutrition and Health at Wiltshire College, via distance learning with Units 1 and 2 completed.
