Okay so here’s the nutritional info..

400g of fresh British pork tenderloin is used, to make 100g of the crispy pork snacks. Air drying at temperature 90C 194F destroys all bacteria and gives the snacks a 12 month shelf life. 100g of the pork snacks = 85.1g protein. 10.9g fat , 0.5g carbs, 0.5g fibre, 0.1g sugar, 0.5g salt. No added sugar, sweeteners, preservatives or colourants. They are slightly salted.

Per 25g bag: 2.7g fat, 0.1g carbs, zero sugar, 21.3g protein, 0.1g fibre, 0.1g salt.

The look of the pork snacks resembles strips of prosciutto (Parma ham) and although crunchy, they are semi-transparent. Definite pork/bacon taste without being too salty.

These pork snacks are a tastier, keto alternative to bacon-flavour crisps for packed lunches. The 25g bag size makes it pocket-friendly, so it’s a portable snack which won’t melt. They could also be used as part of an at home TV snack alone or with guests. BUY

The air dried crispy chicken snacks use 400g of British chicken breasts to make 100g of finished product and they are labelled as slightly salted with 0.49g salt per 100g, 0.12 salt per 25g bag.

Per 100g: 85.2g protein, 4.4g fat, 1g carbs (sugar), 0.1g fibre, 0.49 salt. Per 25g bag, that’s 1.1g fat, 0.25g carbs (sugar), 21.3g protein, 0.02g fibre, 0.12g salt.

Visually, the chicken snacks are bigger than cornflakes, but smaller than crisps, in size. They do look quite similar to crisps (chips) however. Though they do taste of chicken, if you are used to chicken-flavour crisps, the taste is much more subtle. If you’re a fan of Walkers Salt & Shake crisps, they taste very similar, but chicken-y.

Again, these are a keto, high protein snack. Portable in your pocket, packed lunch or in front of the TV. BUY

If you’ve been missing crisps, buying these crispy snacks will put the crunch back in your life !
